The Washington House of Representatives will likely take a vote on ESHB 2261 today in its afternoon session! The representatives are currently in caucus and will reconvene after lunch at 1:30.

Right now, more than 30 education reform advocates are in Olympia meeting with their representatives, pulling them off the floor, and working the doors of the House chamber. Please join us in our efforts to ensure we pass this historic education reform bill TODAY by emailing your legislators and urging them to vote YES this afternoon! Find out how your legislator previously voted on 2261 here.

For those Representatives who voted yes, thank them for their support and urge them to stay strong today and vote YES today.

We are unsure how three key Representatives will vote this afternoon and their support is pivotal to passing this legislation. Please contact Representatives Zachary Hudgins, Jim Moeller, and Jeff Morris and urge them to continue their support. Thank them for their previous Yes vote and ask them to continue their support. These Legislators are key and need to hear from education reform advocates!

Watch this afternoon’s vote today on TVW or catch it online!
