Zak Champagne, an award-winning teacher in Jacksonville, Florida, is guest-posting on Ed Week’s blog this week. The most recent post outlines Champagne’s ideas for how to create a career ladder for teachers and some thoughts on what that might look like. Some of his ideas are similar to the innovations made in our own Seattle during the most recent historic school contract which was supported by Stand for Children and our partners in the Our Schools Coalition.
